This apartment, located in Sky City—a project developed by Oberoi Realty in Borivali East—was sold for a significant profit. The transaction was registered in January 2025, detailing an apartment with a carpet area of 1073 square feet and two designated car parking spaces. The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 25.5 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.

According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, Akshay Kumar purchased this property in November 2017 for Rs 2.38 crore, reflecting a remarkable 78% appreciation in value. Notably, Abhishek Bachchan also owns multiple properties in Oberoi Sky City, as revealed by IGR property registration records.
